Ingredients
- > for 4 people
- 1 packet of rice vermicelli
- 300 g (10 oz.) steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 tsp. chili paste
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. nuoc mam (fish sauce)
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 green onions
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 sprigs of cilantro

Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 6 minutes Difficulty: Easy
Soak the vermicelli in warm water. Clean the green onions and chop finely. Cut the zucchini into small pieces. Peel the garlic; chop the garlic and cilantro. In a skillet or a wok, sear the meat quickly in a little oil.
Add the green onions, zucchini, garlic and cilantro. Stir fry in the wok.
Add the soy sauce, chili paste and nuoc mam. Mix well. Drain the noodles. Using scissors, cut into slightly smaller lengths and add to the meat. Mix well. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil, mix and serve immediately
